General Admission

Daily walk-in admission will be available during General Admission Hours. Not eligible for any tours, contests or show events. Fare: $10 per person per day. Aviators age 12 and under are free with an adult. Tickets can be purchased at the show - no advance registration needed! 


General Admission: Thursday 2pm-6pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-3pm.

Vendor Helper

Table helpers are ‘free’, but you are limited to one helper per table with no helper buying or selling allowed during Thursday set-up. Not eligible for tours, contests, or show 'booty' bag.

Liability Agreement and Legal Stuff.

NOTE: The registrant hereby irrevocably indemnifies and holds harmless AI 2026 Denver LLC, its promoters, sponsors, organizers, helpers and volunteers; officers and members of the World Airline Historical Society, and all of the above named persons and organizations, officers, directors, employees, independent contractors and against from and against any claim or action for loss, costs, damages or injury including but not limited to monetary damages and attorney’s fees, arising from the undersigned’s participation in AI 2026 Denver. NO ALCOHOL, TOBACCO OR FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED FOR SALE OR TRADE AT ANY TIME DURING THE AI 2026 EVENT – NO EXCEPTIONS. 


CANCELLATION POLICY: Prior to June 1, 2026 - 10% fee will be charged. No refunds for cancellations received June 1, 2026 or later.  All AI 2026 Denver attendees under this registration record agree to follow any local, state, or Hilton Hotel policies pertaining to the wearing of masks and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in effect at the time of the show.

Vendor Responsibilities

Please carefully review the terms below.


NOTE: Any electrical or special requirements must be contracted through the DoubleTree by Hilton Engineering Department. All additional fees or charges are the responsibility of the table holder. No signage or material may be posted, taped, or draped on any walls or displays at the DoubleTree. 


All vendors MUST purchase a Full or Three-day registration in order to purchase tables.  ALL VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSPORTING THEIR GOODS IN AND OUT OF THE DISPLAY HALL. Carts will not be available.


Please review the following information from the Colorado Department of Revenue:


" A special sales event is an event where retail sales are made by more than three sellers at a location other than their normal business location(s) and that occurs no more than three times at the same location in any calendar year.  A special event license is needed for events. Examples include, but are not limited to craft fairs, art walks, festivals, holiday markets, and antique shows.


All sellers participating in the event must collect the applicable state and state-administered local sales taxes due and remit the sales tax collected to the Department. However, sellers may elect to remit such taxes to the event organizer, if the organizer has obtained a special event license. A seller participating in the event may make this election, even if the seller has obtained a special event license of their own.


Sellers at special events will need to obtain a special event license from the Department prior to the event. Additionally, there may be local sales tax requirements for the event. Be sure to contact the event organizer and/or the local government prior to the event for more information.

After the event, sellers should file a special event sales tax return by the 20th of the month following the first day of the special event, if they have not remitted sales tax to the event organizer. For example, if an event was held from February 13-15, the special event sales tax return will be due on or before March 20th."


By registering for Airliners International 2026 Denver (‘AI 2026’), or by entering the AI 2026 event area, you agree that you may be photographed, videoed or recorded at such event and that any such photographs, videos or recordings may be used on the websites, social media channels, other media, and printed materials of Airliners International, AI 2026 Denver LLC, the World Airline Historical Society, and their respective representatives and affiliates. Your attendance at the AI 2026 event confirms your willingness to be so photographed, videoed and recorded, and you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of such media.

A Few Notes On Our New Registration Program


  • Each person will be registered individually. Use the link to ADD ANOTHER REGISTRANT for additional people in your party to set-up their own registration options.
  • Click on INCREASE AMOUNT to add another table to your request.
  • Your credit card/debit card payments will be handled by WebConnex payments. You will see ‘AI 2026 Denver LLC’ on your bank or credit card statement. You may also pay via check if desired.
  • When you receive your registration confirmation, you will be asked if you want to create an account under AIRLINERS INTERNATIONAL. If you do so, you will be able to access your registration record if you need to make any changes or add options. The link is at the bottom of your confirmation email message.
  • When our tours are available in early 2026, you will be able to add the tour bookings to your existing registration record via the same links.
