Above you will see all of the vendor tables we have available! The map here will not update automatically, however, the one on our registration site does update after every table is sold, so view that for up-to-date tables availability!

Why become a vendor?

Our vendors continue to succeed year after year at profiting from the event. Plus, it serves as a great advertising opportunity to get your product out in the world for people to try out and use. For example, 3D printing has been a huge hit over the recent years and many new businesses have thrived in selling their products here.

Updates to Table Pricing

We have updated our table pricing to include a budget option that lets vendors, who just want to attend but don't particularly care about where they are, save some money! In addition, Premium Tables have been added that are slightly more expensive but guarantee that your tables and products are the first things that our attendees see when entering!

Table Pricing

The Options

Flex Tables ($69/table) - A cheaper option for those who don't care where they are in the ballroom. Maximum of two tables allowed. Cannot be combined with any other table type. Only one vendor helper is allowed. While supplies last.

Island Tables ($79/table) - A standard island table in the middle of the ballroom. Select your exact table! Two vendor helpers are allowed. Shown in Green.

Wall Tables ($89/table) - You don't have to worry about people behind you and you get access to power outlets! Enjoy the extra space for whatever your needs require! Two vendor helpers are allowed. Shown in Blue.

Premium Tables ($99/table) - The first thing people see when they enter! Your products are most likely to get bought as you catch their eyes first! Shown in Red.
