Banquet Speaker: Jeff Potter!

Jeff was CEO of Exclusive Resorts, LLC, leading the company to its first profit during challenging economic times. He also served as President and CEO of Frontier Airlines and Vanguard Airlines, achieving notable financial success and strong corporate cultures. 

Jeff will discuss how the aviation industry has evolved since 2000, from rapid globalization and the rise of low-cost carriers to today’s focus on customer loyalty, operational efficiency, and resilience. He will also explore how technology, sustainability efforts, and emerging innovations like sustainable aviation fuel, electric propulsion, and advanced air mobility are shaping the future of air travel and how he believes these changes could redefine aviation in the decades ahead. 

We could not be more excited to have him speak for us this year! As a former CEO, we believe he'll provide excellent insight into the aviation industry and give our attendees a unique perspective on the state of the industry.

Tour Updates!

• We recently added a new tour slot for Southwest Tech Ops and Denver ARTCC. Both have been filled off of the waitlist. 
• A total of 48 slots were added and 40 of those slots went to people who had zero tours!
• We are finalizing the roster and you will be charged soon for the tour. Once the charge is approved, you will see it on your registration.
• Any further additions will be communicated by email to those in the waitlist. 
• Wings over the Rockies and WWII Museum slots are still open and have some exciting things to bring you! The WWII Museum is especially great as you get access to the WestPac restorations facility where they restore old airplanes!

2027

We are getting ready to announce the city, dates, hotel information, and more!  Our next email will be all about 2027 in the next week or two!

Hint: It is east of this year's location but west of last year's location!

Tour Updates!

We have added Southwest Airlines Technical Operations to our list of great tours! We also have United Airlines Maintenance, Denver Ops, and Boom Supersonic in the works. 

A preliminary tour schedule will be out tomorrow and tour bookings for those options will be available for booking Monday 4/13.

Remember: you must be registered to book tours. Our email tomorrow will show you how to book tours if you're already registered!

Hotel SOLD OUT

You heard right, we sold out the original block of rooms we had! As a result, we have expanded the number of rooms we will have slightly, so there is a very limited number of rooms still available. Act quick!

Airport & Hotel Shuttle

With the tours being finalized, we have the potential to add a couple more airport shuttle runs! We are also working on getting non-registrants limited seats at a small price. More info will be out soon about that!

Plane spotting!

We are coordinating transportation for the opportunity to do some plane spotting! This would give you the opportunity to be on or near airport grounds and catch planes as they arrive and depart from KDEN. Stay tuned!

We have announced three tours recently! These tours are:

1) Wings over the Rockies Air & Space Museum

2) National Museum of WWII Aviation

3) Denver ARTCC

Important Note: These are not our only tours and are only the ones we have finalized so far. We still have multiple tours in the works to finish out our offerings.

 We are looking at opening tour registration up no earlier than March 23rd.  

We are extremely excited to announce that we have brought on AeroXplorer as our media partner for 2026!  

AeroXplorer delivers the latest aviation news, airline updates, aircraft insights, and travel industry coverage from around the world. Explore expert reporting, photography, and stories for aviation enthusiasts and professionals alike.  

As the Official Media Partner, AeroXplorer will provide comprehensive coverage before and during the event. This includes behind-the-scenes content, exclusive interviews with organizers and exhibitors, and photography of the unique memorabilia on display. 

This partnership will heavily feature Jetstream Magazine, AeroXplorer's newest aviation print publication. Jetstream offers deep-dive editorial features and digital content focusing on the past, present, and future of the aviation industry.

AeroXplorer will also sponsor a $100 cash prize for the winner of the "Best-in-Show" category at the annual aviation photography competition. The winner will also receive a four-page feature in the Fall 2026 issue of Jetstream Magazine. 

We continue to work on exciting things for Airliners International 2026 Denver. While we don't have a ton to share quite yet, look out for an update early January sharing all of the exciting things we plan on bringing to you in 2026!

We just wrapped up our trip to Denver, see the important things we got done below!

Convention Hall

• They are connected with a door in the middle so you can navigate both ballrooms without leaving them.

UPS Store

• Vendors will be able to ship to the UPS Store near the hotel for only $10 on packages under 50lbs/20"x20"x20". Address is 3700 Quebec St #100, Denver, CO 80207.
• We are also working with them to get them on-site to ship items that you purchase to your home!

Welcome Party

• We took a great tour of the old Stapleton tower and visited the site of our Welcome Party! The building is packed with aviation decor and our floor is even part of the original building! Tours will be offered throughout the evening.

Tours

• We continue to make great progress with tours, and we will share information once we have it. They are shaping up to be exciting!

We have added shuttles for Thursday and Friday! We have also confirmed our shuttle service to/from the welcome party which will be free for all registrants and will run constantly for the entirety of the event.

• Ballrooms and Vendor list are all updated. If you are on the list because you reserved tables in Atlanta, please note you still need to register, however, we will add your tables upon registering

• They have mini-golf, axe throwing, golf simulators, bowling, and more!
• Full bar on our floor plus free drink vouchers!
• Included in price of registration!!

Transportation

• Added 'Transportation' page to inform everyone of how the shuttle will work. More details will be shared about where to be picked up at a later time.
