24-MAY-2025 -> Finally! Our tour information is now available for review and booking! We appreciate your patience. We had hard working with our tour hosts to commit to offering our AI 2025 attendees tours of their facilities! Click on our TOUR tab for details.

Our hotel special rates expire on May 28th for the Renaissance, and June 2nd for the Kimpton. There are a few rooms left at the Renaissance, check each day individually to see availability. We will be running a frequent shuttle bus from the Renaissance, and every 30-40 min from the Kimpton.

We still have a few tables available. You can see the layout here, and the table holder list here. Email us to book your tables at AI 2025 ATL!

Parking is very limited at the Delta Flight Museum on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday as the majority of parking around the museum is used by Delta Headquarters during weekdays. Please use hotel parking and our show shuttles. We will send out detailed parking hints in our next email.

Most of the DFM parking will be reserved for accessible parking. Table holders please utilize our box drop on Wednesday. If you are dropping off your table items Thursday, you will be asked to unload and return your vehicle to one of the hotel parking lots and return via our shuttle. On Saturday you will be able to bring your vehicles all day to the Delta Flight Museum. There will be a separate shipping etc. email sent just to table holders next week.

It has been time consuming to confirm tours this year. Below is a description of the AI 2025 ATL tours, the tour schedules. To ensure all show attendees have a chance at our 6 limited space tours, there will be a lottery for those spaces. All tours are open to book now. For those tours chosen by lottery, selecting any of those tours today is just an entry in the lottery, see the rules at the end of the tours schedule. Again we are sorry it has taken so long this year.

We have confirmed our Saturday night banquet speaker. Noted airline historian and our great friend David H Stringer will be presenting a perfect topic for an Atlanta convention: " Nobody's Second Class on Southern", A Look Back at Southern Airways. A longtime Southern Airways employee, David will take us on a photo reminiscence of the Atlanta based local service airline that operated from 1949 until 1979, and is now part of the Delta family!

We'll be offering entertaining educational seminars on a wide range of topics in two separate locations this year. Click here to see the listing of our seminar speakers. All show attendees are welcome to attend the seminars, free of charge!

09-APR-2025 -> We're planning on releasing the preliminary tour details by the end of this month. You can expect a wide variety of tours in the ATL area of interest to everyone! Normally, we would have information available now, but with the current global turmoil, it's been difficult to obtain commitments for AI 2025 ATL tours from our partners.

05-APR-2025 -> Finally, we have updates for you! AI 2025 ATL is happy to announce that we've secured a block of rooms for AI 2025 attendees at the Kimpton Overland Hotel Atlanta Airport for $149/night (single or double) + tax. See our HOTEL INFO tab for booking information!

15-JAN-2025 -> Happy New Year! We're getting into the groove to crank up the excitement for AI 2025 ATL! We'll be posting the vendor table layout at the end of March - the folks at the Delta Flight Museum are rearranging their floor displays. All current table assignments are valid - and we will be able to honor additional table requests. Thank you for your patience. We will also update you on show hotel room availability soon.
