Vendor Guidelines and Information
NOTE: We are now assigning all table requests in the DC-3 Hangar Room. You will be guaranteed a table, but the location will be assigned upon check-in on Wednesday June 19 at 2pm. This area will be the first area seen by all attendees as they enter the Museum for the show. Cost per table is $55. Thank you! (March 9, 2019)
Vendor table fees are in addition to registration fees. All vendors must first purchase a $60 "Registration Package" (includes admission and Welcome Party). A $100 Registration is available which includes the Saturday night Gala Banquet with guest speaker and other activities.
Each vendor is allowed one Helper per table purchased. Helper's name must be submitted with vendor's application. Helper cost is $15 per person.
Helpers do not qualify for tours, booty bag, contests, banquet, or Welcome Party admission but allows early admission to the trading hall for set-up.

NOTE: Tables in the main display hall (with the Boeing 767) are sold out. We will be allocating tables in the DC-3 Hangar (adjacent and first point of contact for visitors) on a first come, first serve basis starting at check-in for vendors on Wednesday June 19. If we can accommodate extra tables in the 767 Hangar, we will. You must register in advance as a vendor prior to Friday, June 14. Thank you!
